HACCP Benefits

The CNC has his HACCP system certified, through Codex Alimentarius. The certification is a voluntary process, the one that any company can appeal. When adopting this position CNC intends to guarantee the conformity of its products as well as assuring and demonstrating its capacity to elaborate products that will fulfill the applicable disposals, and the decurrent ones of the legal requirements and customers, sistematicaly.

To answer to the biggest requirements of information to the consumers, the CNC guarantees its customers, the capacity to inquire history, application and localization of a product by means of registred product path.

Through this, we intend to create confidence to final customers and consumers, as well as demonstrating control capacity on products, processes and raw materials in order to identify possible problems quickly and to eliminate them.
