Fresh Sausage |
Constituted of pig meat and fat perforated and added some condiments
as salt, garlic, among others. The wadding is made in sheep gut and later it
is placed in boxes to proceed itself to a fast cooling.
Aspect - They are presented in chain by a twist of the gut, have a pink,
shining color and sufficiently limp consistency.
Suggestion - They can be consumed grilled or fried.
