Chourizo Current Banana Meat

Constituted of meat and fats of pig, pricked and added some condiments as, salt, garlic, chili, among others. Later is full in artificial gut and suffers thermal treatment with addition of smoke. The product follows for the climate chamber where it will go to stabilize until being ready to be packed.

Aspect - They have straight form and they are separate by a twist of the gut, colored, shining aspect and firm consistency.

Suggestions - This product can be consumed raw, be cooked, baked in the live coal, used in stuck, sandwiches, etc.
