Wine Chourizo

Elaborated with a selection of pork, beyond the wine as main condiment, it still presents in its constitution, garlic, clove and chili. After the wadding phase, in swine gut, follows to the thermal processing with stage of smoke (oak firewood) followed of the stabilization and posterior packing.

Aspect - Horseshoe form, is cylindrical and of dark chestnut color.

Suggestions - To its versatility it can be consumed, raw, be baked, fried or even cooked.
