Elaborated through a combination of worn out, soft and consistent fats of pig, flour of wheat and water. Is flavoured with salt, garlic, pepper , among others and full in swine gut. Is submitted to a thermal treatment with stage of smoke

Aspect - Horseshoe cylindrical form, presents a shining brownish aspect and soft consistency.

Suggestions - As accompaniment, baked or cold.
