Made with a combination of lard, blood and flour of wheat, flavoured with garlic and salt among others. After the wadding suffers a baking process and posterior stabilization before being packed.
Aspect - Has a cylindrical horseshoe form, and a dark grey aspect.
Suggestions - It can be roasted in the live coal or a adobe barbecue with brandy, or even cooked to serve of accompaniment.
