Mortadela / Mortadela with olives

Product elaborated with meat and perforated fat of pig. The product is placed to matur, during a certain period of time with some ingredients as salt and garlic. Passing this time the product is spiced again and full in synthetic gut.

Aspect - Cylindrical form and firm consistency. Its interior color is pink, in which they distribute small pieces of consistent fat and olives (in the case of mortadela w/olive). It has a firm texture what allows it to cut in consistent fine slices.
