Pork Roll

Elaborated from pork loin, cut in single part and spiced with salt, garlic, chili, etc. After the wadding phase, the product follows for the smoke phase, where the thermal treatment occurs, Later, a stabilization phase with controlled temperatures and moistnesses is given to it, until being ready to pack.

Aspect - Cylindrical form, chestnut shining colored, of hard and firm consistency.

Suggestions - It can be cut in fine slices followed of homemade bread.
