Product made from pork loin, without fats. The meat is flavoured with chili, salt, garlic, among others. Then we wave the wadding phase followed by a thermal processing. Passing this last stage, the product goes to the stabilization phase, in chamber, with temperature and controlled moistness until reaching the excellent conditions to be packed.

Suggestions - It can be cut in slices and be used as aperitif before the principal plate.
