Salpicão

Produced from a selection of loin and spiced with garlic, salt, wine among others. The wadding is made in thick gut of pig. It presents a pleasant Sui generis smoked flavour.

Suggestions - Together with the ham and the chourizo is one of the more traditional smoked products in the Portuguese cousine. It can be consumed in slices followed by a good homemade bread.
