Salty Larded |
Product made from pig larded free of bones. The parts are placed in
pickling brine, to matur, in water and salt, during a certain period of
time. In the end of this phase is placed in layers intercalated with salt,
thus remaining during a period of time. In the end of this time, is clean
in order to remove the salt excess, and is ready to pack.
Suggestions - It can be consumed cooked or baked in the oven, as an ingredient or accompaniment of several plates.
