Salted Feet |
Product gotten from the pig feet that is placed to matur in pickling
brine (water and salt) for a certain period of time. Later they are placed in
layers alternated with salt, thus remaining, during a period of time. Passing
this time, is removed of the salt and clean in order to remove the salt
excess, being then ready to be packed.
Suggestions - It can be consumed cooked or baked in the oven, as accompaniment of some typical plates.
