Pig Lard

Lard is a product that gets after the elaboration of greaves. It is one of the best fats to use in the cooking process, therefore besides resisting the maximum temperature of 210ºC it has diverse applications.

Suggestions - In culinary lard can be used in raw, to temper, to bake, to stew, or even to fry.
